The Generic Genome Browser is a combination of database and interactive web page for manipulating and displaying annotations on genomes. The AJAX version is especially interesting.

• bp_genbank2gff3.pl is great for converting GenBank files into GFF format to drop into GBrowse. ("Plug and play." -grin-) More info and other handy programs here.
