[edit] How to use

Hawkeye is an X-Windows application, so you'll need a X-Windows client. If you're on Windows, perhaps you might want to install Cygwin. Then you simply run hawkeye from the command line of one of our servers. For example: 

$ ssh clab.ist.unomaha.edu
$ cd "/home/jshull/jim_pack/strain assemblies/AMOS_banks"
$ hawkeye -T ACI_am1
