SigTerms software tool is a set of Microsoft Excel macros for use in linking functional gene class associations to an input list of genes.

[edit] Installation

In a Windows box, do the following to install SigTerms: 

1. Download SigTerms from here.
2. Create a directory called C:\Program Files\SigTerms and copy the SigTerms.xls file there.

[edit] How to run

1. After opening the xls file, make sure that you enable the macro associated with the file.
2. Follow the instructions to run the tool from here.
