MeV is a versatile microarray data analysis tool, incorporating sophisticated algorithms for clustering, visualization, classification, statistical analysis and biological theme discovery.

[edit] Installation

1. Download the MeV_4_4_1_r1836_linux.zip file from TM4 site. 
2. Extract the .zip file and then move to /usr/local/mev/
3. Edit the tmev.sh file so that it can find all the .jar files.
4. chmod +x tmev.sh

[edit] How to run

1. SSH connect to machine with X11 forwarding enabled.
2. type: /usr/local/mev/tmev.sh
