[edit] Advisory Committee
A committee will be formed which will include faculty members from UNMC, UNO and UNL. Some of the major roles and responsibilities of this committee will include:
- Act as liaison in respective campuses.
- Based on the feedback they receive from the users in their campuses, advise CLAB in making needed upgrade to or update old/new application packages.
[edit] Development/Grants
- New application(s) developed by the UNO bioinformatics group will be made available to all the users of CLAB.
- New application(s) deemed appropriate by the Bioinformatics group at UNO and/or the advisory committee will be developed and/or implemented and administered by the CLAB team.
- As a collaborative effort, CLAB team will participate in developing new computational tools for the users at UNMC and other collaborating users.
- CLAB team will actively participate in the grant writing activities of users where the grant applications have computational component. CLAB will participate as a collaborator or as consultant in projects described in the grant application.
